Six High Schools To Take Part In Tourism Debate

 

Six High Schools have registered their interest to take part in the Ministries of Education and Tourism National Tourism Debate.

The Schools are HJ Robinson High School, Marjorie Basden High School, the A. Louise Garland Thomas High School, Maranatha Academy, Wesley Methodist, and the Clement Howell High School.


The Ministry of Education is expected to launch the event via news conference at the Opus Conference Room at the Ocean Club Resort on Providenciales, Friday, March 24, at 12:00 p.m.


The organizers said that the competition is expected to foster a greater appreciation for tourism and hospitality among our youth, while developing the country’s high school students’ articulation and critical thinking skills.
