100 Not Out! Leonora Herbert celebrates milestone birthday

Leonora Herbert is St Kitts and Nevis’ latest centenarian.

Herbert, a resident of Nevis, was surrounded by family and friends as she mark her historic centennial birthday.

Nevis premier Mark Brantley congratulated Herbert for attaining the goal that many wish to achieve.  

In a Facebook post, he said: “You see this beautiful lady? She is 100 years old today. Please help me wish Ms Leonora Herbert a happy, happy birthday.”

Brantley said the island can now boast of having five centenarians while the sister isle of St Kitts has three.
