SVG flag bearers selected for Paris Olympic Games

The St Vincent and the Grenadines Olympic Committee has announced that Shafiqua Maloney and Alexander Joachim have been selected as the flag bearers for Team St Vincent and the Grenadines at the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony.  

Shafiqua Maloney, an outstanding track and field athlete, and Alexander Joachim, an exceptional swimmer, will proudly carry the national flag and lead the team into the grand stadium in Paris.  

The Committee says their dedication, hard work, and achievements make them perfect representatives of the nation on this prestigious global stage.
