Sunrise Airways introduces daily service linking 4 Caribbean islands

Sunrise Airways is set to introduce a new service in the Eastern Caribbean connecting Dominica, Antigua, St Kitts, and St Lucia.

The service, which begins on May 25, will operate six days a week, excluding Tuesdays.

The Haiti based airline will use its 30 seat Embraer EMB 120 to operate the route.

Sunrise Airways is a family-owned company with a route network that spans 12 countries in the Caribbean and Central America.

Dominica’s Minister for Tourism, Denise Charles-Pemberton, has welcomed the development as a win for regional tourism and integration.

“We are pleased that Sunrise Airways has heeded our region’s call for increased intra-regional travel. Their dedication to connecting our islands aligns with our vision for a more interconnected Eastern Caribbean. This expansion is not just a win for Dominica but for all the destinations involved. We anticipate a surge in tourism and economic activity, offering our citizens more travel opportunities and bringing our communities closer together,” she said.
