Canada/Guyana Chamber of Commerce and Energy NL sign MOU
The Canada/Guyana Chamber of Commerce and Energy NL signed a Memorandum of Understanding, on the sidelines of the International Energy Conference and Expo 2023, at the Marriott Hotel, Georgetown.
A report from the Department of Public Information said the agreement will serve as a platform to better engage business interests between the energy company and the wider Guyanese business community.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Energy NL, Charlene Johnson said her company is happy to share its expertise and exchange knowledge with stakeholders in Guyana.
Canada/ Guyana Chamber of Commerce Chairman, Anand Beharry said the agreement now amplifies other engagements which were already established.
“This agreement has been months in the making, and we’re finally here to make it a reality. I want to thank the board and the members of Energy NL for this forward-thinking agreement and we look forward to working very closely with you,” Beharry stated.
