Aruba, Bermuda and others nominated for 2024 Wanderlust Travel Awards

Several Caribbean destinations have received nominations for Wanderlust Travel Magazine’s 2024 Travel Awards.

Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Puerto Rico, and Tobago have all been shortlisted for the category of ‘Most Desirable Island.’

Cuba, which won the title of Most Desirable Island in the World for 2023, continues to be recognized for its appeal and allure among travellers.

The Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards, which have celebrated the best in travel for 23 years, will highlight top destinations, tour operators, and travel brands.

This year’s awards ceremony will be held at the iconic Tate Modern, bringing together industry leaders and distinguished guests for an evening of celebration.

The awards are determined by public vote, and the 2024 ceremony is expected to attract over 100,000 unique votes, surpassing the 91,000 readers who participated in 2023.

Categories include Most Desirable City in Europe, Most Desirable City in the World, Most Desirable Country in the World, and Most Desirable Region in the World, among others.
