Credit Union suffers cyberattack in Grenada
Members of Ariza Credit Union in Grenada have been informed of a service disruption due to a cyberattack.
The credit union has assured members that their deposits will remain secure.
Ariza Credit Union in a statement said on Sunday, March 24 its computerised systems experienced a cyberattack. As a precautionary measure the credit union’s systems will remain offline today (Monday, March 25) and Tuesday, March 26.
It states as a result of this, in-branch systems, ATMs, online services (AMIE) and Point of Sale will be unavailable at all locations and inaccessible online.
The credit union noted that it is prioritising efforts to swiftly restore normal operations. It has apologised for any incovenience caused.
